REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect choices (size, color, design) made by the customer.

Accepted Cases

  • Wrong item received.
  • Item is damaged or defective.
  • Item differs from description.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the condition received.

Return Process

  1. Email your request to [email protected] with order number & clear photos.
  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship your return using a trackable service.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card issuer. If needed, email us for assistance.
